So personally I wouldn't go any shorter than shoulder length. But bottom line do what makes you happy. Life is to short to be unhappy.

Look for a style where the person has the same type of hair as yours but a different length and style. Hair type is crucial to getting the right cut. you have to realise if u do get it cut like that, it wont be exactly the same as hers because her hair is most likely naturally straight or chemically straightened. you'd have to straighten it every day to even attempt to make it look like that all the time. Personally id keep the long curly hair...

I think it depends- some girls' short hairstyles can look really cute (see Mandy Moore in her short hair phase), taking into consideration the girl's face shape, facial features, personal style, etc. Also, guys can look good with long hair, but in my experience because they don't style/really take care of the hair, it doesn't look very good.

Hi rach...as a girl, my experience has been that guys prefer long hair. The consensus is that a couple of inches above shoulder length is the shortest a girl should go to still have sex appeal.

Personally, I believe a girl can look sexy w/a short -do (look at Halle Berry before she grew out her hair/got extensions), but I think a girl has to have good bone structure and what not to pull off a short -do. A wide face and a short -do doesn't exactly match.
