I am wanting to get a hair cut...?

Please no rude answers nor smart assed ones...I am tall for a woman, and I had a baby not long ago and I gained wayyyy too much weight while pregnant so I am overweight. Not huge-but I need to lose some...anyway, my hair during pregnancy has turned to semi curly in sections in the back of my head. I am wondering what I should do. The rest of it is still stick straight. Should I let it grow out or would a short cut look okay on me? I have an oval shaped face with round eyes. I have a very proportional face...

I suggest getting a simple layerd look that is easy to work with, seeing as you've had a baby recently and cannot devote as much time to your hair. Getting 'long' sideswept bangs cut just above your eyebrows and fringing downward on one side would draw attention to your face and eyes instead of the weight you've recently put on....but thats just what i would do.

Long hair is really whats in. If you want it to be straight in the back to then straighen it.

what i would do is, plait your hair and then it will go wavy and go with what problem your having...crap answer but i hope i helped

Personally, short hair does not always look great on people hat are sort of overweight......it makes their body look bigger and their head look smaller.....instead, i think you should leave it how it is! :)

I think a bob about mid neck length might do good for you. I have had 2 kids and gained some weight. I was letting my hair grow and recently cut it to mid neck length. I love it! It makes me look younger. So give that a try. If you don't like it, it will always grow back!!

Not sure if you should cut it too short if you have partially curls, they will be shorter and curlier. If you are willing to straighten it daily, go for it. Shoulder length or just above the shoulder is nice. Ask your hairdresser what would look good on you. Change is always good. If you have gained weight, shorter hair makes you look a little thinner...good luck

Let it grow out. Short hair is very hard to pull off and if you have a rounder face it will be very unflattering. With your face shape and hair, try to grow it about an inch past your shoulders then get choppy layers and side bangs. This is a cute but easy to pull of haircut, and will give you beauty and confidence! Good Luck!

well... women usually change their hair styles after pregnancy. so, i think a short hair-cut will look good on you. Plus, you said you have an oval shaped face with round eyes. That's perfect for a short hair cut.

Well... I think it depends on the hair cut you are conidering and the color. IDK your hair color but I think brunttes sport the extra lbs better. I think it may be because in most people they look for stick thin blonds so I would go brunette. With a baby and a few extra lbs I wouldn't go for a bob, they look a bit childish.(IN MY OPINION) I would go for a base of the neck cut. That would shape your face and bring out your features. It would also be easy to style so not as much time is taken from the baby.

I HOPE THIS HELPED YOU, GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR HAIR AND THE BABY!

I'm a visual person, so I suggest that you go to a magazine shop, or book store and look at some hair style books that specialize in hair cuts and styles, if you can buy or borrow the book, check out what might look good on you, and take that picture to a professional and let them give you some advice about the cut and the back of your hair. They might even have some ideals that you might consider, and I did say a professional, even if it means going to more than one salon, and checking out more than one stylist.

I think long hair would be a good choice. I cut my hair, after I had my son. It was so short that I couldn't put it in a ponytail or braid it, and my son always pulled on it %26lt;grin%26gt; What about long, straight hair, with maybe some bangs?
