One good thing about hair that is does grow back. I'd rather have a full head of healthy hair that looks stylish than long hair with obvious damage to the ends that look like straw or unmanageable (you CAN tell by simple observation).

just get a trim. if u dont like the results, u could get some clip in extentions. after getting it trimmed, be sure to use a deep conditioner once a week. washing ur hair everyday could also be a problem. washing it every other day is a much better idea. on days u dont wash it , rinse it and use conditioner. conditioning is the key to really healthy hair. shampooing it everyday is bad because some shampoo is actually drying, and ur ends are the dryest part of ur hair. also get a trim every 4-6 weeks. this eliminates split ends and actually makes ur hair grow longer faster! if u cant afford extentions, buy a shampoo made for making ur hair grow. i think garnier fructis has a shampoo made for that.
