Short or Long??

I kind of want to get my hair cut short, but i really think I look better with long hair. I have a heart shaped face, and my hair color is brown. Do you think short hair would look good??

As a child id always had long hair apart from an odd occasion where i had it cut short and it looks awful. my hair was also brown

However when i reached 20, i thought it was a time for a change!

I now have a short inverted bob. and it looks great, everyone comments on it. I like perhaps the age and matority of your face makes a difference with short styles.

My hairs now black and red by the way :P

well i have had short hair for over 12 years its much easier to maintain and cooler in the summer. and quicker to dry if you are in a hurry if you are going out

Yes , the short hair is better for you , base on face and hair colour the short hair is a more attractive for you and very sure you will look more beautiful in a short hair.

You can have short hair without it being short-short.

Go buy a couple of hairstyle magazines and really look for what you want. Make note of the specifics - I like these bangs, or I like the way the back of this cut is funky - then take the pictures to your hairstylist and discuss what you're after. A good stylist will let you know HONESTLY whether or not your hair will actually DO what is in the picture, and she may tell you that she can do a similar cut but frame your face in such a way that it'll look softer, etc.

Education is ALWAYS the key - do the research ahead of time rather than sitting down in a chair and saying "cut it off".

Well if you want your hair cut than cut it but before you do this look at some of the magazines when you are waiting soo you have some good thoughts about what you want. but if you wanna stay with you skater look than stay with just get a trim!

Awww, I think that would look amazing=D I've always thought short hair looked so edgy and cute on girls....Too bad I have a round face so I could never pull it off. A heart-shap face is perfect for a choppy short cut....Happy snipping:)

if u still want your hair long give it a trim...if short pick a cute style that will flatter you and frame your face.....

I always find long hair for teenagers very attractive and pretty. No matter what shape of face or colour hair they have. As long as they can take care and maintain their hair clean and healthy. We must also consider using the right shampoo for your type of hair to avoid unnecessary problem. Hair and face are the first thing that give impression. When you come to an age of 40's, short hair is definitely recommended. Short hair helps hide your age at this point.
