My hair was down to my belly button, but then I cut it shoulder-length and it feels so much better, especially during the summer. It will feel much lighter and is much more easier to maintain!

If you really like your long hair, though, and if you're patient, just wait until fall, where it won't be so hot.

You need to be really sure b4 cutting because it takes ages to grow it long again.

I would suggest that you go to a big dept store and try a few wigs to see if shorter hair suits you.

You could even buy a wig and have the choice of how you wear your hair.

if your hair is nice and healthy you should keep it long. Long hair is always nice

i used to have hair all the way to my butt and it was bone straight and i couldnt get to straighten it and all that i could of done with it is put it in a pony tail and braid. when i kept it loose i was just wayyy to hot.

then i cut my hair a little above my shoulder and i LOVE it. But now somehow it got really curly xD. But i was add mousse into it, straighten it and do all these things that i have never done with my long hair.

It depends on how your height and the weather. This time around, the weather is hot so I suggest short hair, but not short as to cutting the hair above shoulder length. Then when winter comes along, you can always get extensions for that "winter" look.
