Short hair problem ?

I went to get my hair cut and i told the women to cut it longer then my shoulders and she cut it righ at my shoulders , i am so mad/sad.

will my hair grow before shool starts august 28th ? and someone said it grows the fastest during summer months if kept in a pony tail.

and what are some ways to make it grow faster besides hair extensions and vitamins ?

You hair has like what, 3 months to grow? Don't worry you should be fine. I don't think putting your hair in a ponytail will make it any longer tho. What you could do it get prenatal vitamines. It will make your hair grow and your nails grow, just don't let your parents see the bottle or they may freak like mine did, but this was like OMgosh, 10 years ago when I wanted my hair and nails to be longer. It did work tho. Also make sure your hair is always good and conditioned.
