sounds like you have a popular style now, maybe it just needs a little shaping up. If you really want a cut, try leaving the front a little longer than the back and get a cute bob. Be careful going any shorter with bangs. That's really hit or miss on whether you'll like them or hate them.
Look for new pictures of Katie Holmes. She has a new really cute shorter cut.
