I just got my hair cut and pretty short. HELP!?

My hair used to be chest length and now it doesn't even touch my shoulders! I wanted a change and to look different but to tell you the truth, it looks crappy! I also got bangs(BAD idea) and I just wear them to the side. Someone said that would make my hair fall out....will it? And what can i do to make my hair look better? HURRY! I have a party in 1 hour!!!

It wont make your hair fall out to wear your bangs to the side. Try straightening it, it'll make it seem a little bit longer.

u can use bobby pins to pin ur bangs to the side. and for ur hair either wear a hat or for the part of ur hair right above ur ears pin that up to. that'll work i swear!!! =]

Try washing it so its bouncier and livelier. Then try combing it upside down so you get more volume. Try a small pony tail or a head band. Or if you don't like your side bangs put them evenly again...and I have never heard of that making your hair fall out. Good luck!

First, it will not make your hair fall out. You could try stying it will some style cream such as some Pantene has so you can texturize your hair. Just experiment- you will be surprised! Also try to look at websites with styling pictures. Good Luck =]

Whoever told you that is a liar! I cut my hair really short before too. Straighten you hair (even if it is already) get it to be as straight as possible. This will make your hair appear longer. Dont put on tons of makeup either, That will draw too much attention to your face. As for the bangs, leave them as is.

try straightening it along with the bangs, it should give it a sleeker look. If you still dont like that, try pinning your bangs back with a barrette or bobbies, but push it a little forward before pinning them back (to create a bit of a pouf)... i'm sure your bangs dont look bad unless they were cut too short... youre probably just not used to it. if nothing else, straighten your hair and bangs, then play up your makeup with a great smokey eye and nude lip...

Try straightenening it, it will add a bit of length. If you don't like your bangs, pin them back with bobby pins/hair clips or wear them to the side. And NO, that will NOT make your hair fall out... I don't know where someone would get that crazy idea! :P

try a decortive head band, let your bangs fall out in front of it swiped to the side it looks great on everyone and the head band becomes the focus not you new hair cut, plus it would look different even if you hadn't just cut your hair so alot of people think its less of the cut and more of the head bands work

maybe try some extensions for the long term but make sure whoever does them knows what they are doing or your hair will fall out.. for the short term try a pony tail in the middle of the head or to the side depending on how short the hair is.. if the bangs wont go into the ponytail right try parting it on one side and wearing it straight down with a slight curve in it.
