Your hair looks just fine. What's wrong with it? What do you mean by gross and bad? Change the color if that's what you don't like or give it a style without having to shorten it.

I think that your hair is fine, what's wrong with it? The colour? Then dye it! The style? Then get it cut!

Get a haircut but ask the stylist to keep your length and just trim it. Ask for layers and "U" shape in the back and also get your bangs trimmed. I think it would look cute on you and its simple.
